The groundbreaking ceremony of the “Zefir Mall” was held on September 17, 2019. Marked mall will be built by “Kontinent İnşaat” LLC per the order of PMD Projects LLC in the territory of Yasamal Residential Complex, a project of the State Agency for Housing Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Zefir Mall Shopping Center is designed to meet the needs of the Yasamal Residential Complex and residents living in this area. Within a total area of 11.6 hectares, the Zefir Mall will occupy 6,500 square meters with its minimalist and modern exterior design. Products of different brands will also be presented to ensure the comfort of visitors. The shopping center will also have cafes and restaurants.
