Main requirements:

• Higher education bachelor (finance and construction);
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani language should be at least moderate in Russian and English;
• Have the ability to write and express his / her thoughts;
• Must be enthusiastic and communicative in learning;
• Have creative and interesting ideas;
